The shower flow was very low and bath towels are very old and pale colour. Bed linen is also not good. The reception night guy behavior is not that pleasing.

property location given my mmt was not accurate.. rooms were decent and has to go to another restaurant for breakfast as it was not in same hotel . PARKING IN HOTEL IS TERRIBLE HAS VERY NARROW TURN TO THE BASMENT PARKING..IF YOU ARE TAKING BIGGER 7 SEATER CAR DONT PARK IT IN VASEMNT PARKING IF THIS HOTEL

The pics/photos were deceptive. the room was not clean and even the bedsheets were not changed, used ones were lying on the bed and the room is supposed to be a Luxury Room Room charges were taken inclusive of breakfast for 3 people. The breakfast was arranged in a lodge opposite Robusta Inn. The lodge was pathetic absolutely no cleanliness. Even though they mentioned complimentary breakfast it was charged. For 3 members the charges came to 270 and they then confirmed complementary breakfast amounts to only 250 rest of the amount had to be paid. really disappointing experience!!

The location of the Hotel is good. The hotel is well maintained and clean. But Wifi is very weak. A/C did not cool the complete room which didn't help in good sleep. Staff were so helpful in guiding the places to visit in the city. So overall it was a good but not so good experience

It's a good hotel to stay at. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nice. Only issue is that the bedsheets had a few stains, but apart from that it was a good stay. Worth the money.
